At the heart of The Nature Collective is a community of people who share a love of nature, creativity, exploration, and connection. Through events hosted at The Nature Collective, and across our member locations, we bring people together to discover new places, share experiences, and make meaningful connections.
Whether it’s sharing stories and conversation at our Book Club, meeting fellow nature and coffee lovers through Coffee Collective, or finding a little time to slow down and reconnect during Wild Attention, presented by Second Life resident Alder Wylde and inspired by the poetry of Mary Oliver, there’s always something happening to bring our community together.

We’re also home to a growing collection of projects and experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and a deeper connection with the natural world. Rooted, our community magazine, celebrates the many ways we connect with nature in Second Life and beyond. Our Nature Near You iNaturalist community project brings real-world nature observations into a shared community effort, while our Great Mushroom Forage and Nature Bingo games offer fun ways to explore, learn, and discover something new in Second Life.
