Emm is an iced-coffee-loving introvert with a soft spot for nature, saving bees, rainy days, and, of course, hugging trees. In Second Life, her passion for exploring virtual nature spaces inspired her to create The Nature Collective, a vibrant hub for creators and explorers, dedicated to rekindling the joy and wonder of nature in both the virtual and real worlds.
Emm is always creating and dreaming up something new in Second Life, constantly finding ways to bring immersive, meaningful spaces to life. She is the co-creator of the popular Cerulean Township regions, where beautiful design and inclusive community come together. Beyond her love of nature, Emm’s second passion, right after coffee, of course, is books. That love inspired her to create Sonder Books, a cozy little bookshop dedicated to celebrating stories, authors, and the simple joy of reading.
Emm’s creative journey doesn’t stop there though. She’s also the mastermind behind past projects like Sunnmore, a Norwegian build inspired by the concept of Friluftsliv, and Sonder, an inclusive, collaborative Mainland community project she created with her bestest friend, Teagan Cerulean. Speaking of Teagan, Emm always loves teaming up with her partner-in-crime! Their shared passion for community building shines through in every project they take on together. Emm thinks Teagan is the bee’s knees, and their collaborative work is a testament to their incredible teamwork.
But Emm’s biggest passion? Saving our pollinator pals, especially the bees, with a special focus on native bees. This passion bloomed into What the Buzz, an interactive pollinator preserve in SL where Emm hopes to inspire others to join the mission to protect our buzzing friends (What the Buzz is temporarily closed, but this isn’t goodbye, just a gentle see you later..)
