We’re so excited to finally open the doors (and trails!) to TNC Commons, the brand-new headquarters and gathering space for The Nature Collective in Second Life.
Located in the beautiful mainland region of Itame, TNC Commons is more than just a destination. It’s a celebration of nature, connection, and exploration. Designed as a harmonious blend of urban charm, lush green spaces, and peaceful forest trails, TNC Commons offers a space to breathe, reflect, and rewild your spirit.

The Travelogue Program
Begin your adventure with our quarterly Travelogue Program, featuring six specially selected TNC member locations to explore and enjoy. Pick up your Travelogue HUD from the Subway board outside the Info Center and enjoy exploring through some of SL’s, and The Nature Collective’s, most beautiful natural spaces.
iNaturalist Projects
Coming soon, our iNaturalist Projects will bring a whole new layer of meaning to your virtual adventures by linking in-world exploration with real-world citizen science. It’s a new way to learn, observe, and connect with nature, no matter where you are.
Forest Bathing & Nature Bingo
Unplug and unwind. Whether you’re in the mood for a quiet walk in the woods or a little light-hearted fun, we invite you to try forest bathing (located in The Canopy) or grabbing our new Nature Bingo cards (located in the commons) and exploring TNC regions for that ever elusive BINGO!
The Educational Pavilion
Tucked away in The Canopy, the wilder, quieter side of TNC Commons, you’ll find a peaceful sanctuary at the uppermost edge of the region. Wander through forest trails, relax by tranquil ponds, or sit beside the gentle waterfall and let the sounds of nature wash over you.
Here, you’ll also discover our Educational Pavilion, where rotating exhibits explore seasonal topics, environmental education, and the wonders of the natural world. Whether you’re looking to unwind, learn something new, or experience the calming practice of forest bathing, The Canopy offers the perfect place to pause and reconnect.
The Dancing Rabbit Café
Located at the end of Cornelia Street, the cozy Dancing Rabbit Café offers a peaceful spot to sit, sip, and take in the view. Whether you’re meeting a friend or enjoying a solo moment, it’s the perfect place to recharge.
Explore by Foot or Trolley
Take your time strolling through the Commons or hop aboard the trolley for a leisurely ride through the area. However you choose to explore, there’s something beautiful around every corner.
